  • Livermore Schools Join Funding Awareness Week

    Livermore Schools are joining with other schools and districts in Alameda County and throughout California to participate in Fund Education Now Week (FENW), February 3 - 7, 2020. Educators and community members are raising awareness about the low level of funding for California schools and its impact on our students. Wear RED on Wednesday, February 5th to bring attention to this critical issue.

  • Enrollment & Transfer Process for 2020-2021

  • Daily Announcement for Wednesday, February 19, 2020 

    LIBRARY will be OPEN during A lunch today.  

    TRI-M will meet today during B lunch in the music room.

    MATHCOUNTS after school today in the MPR until 2:20.

    BILINGUAL HOMEWORK CLUB today in room 604 after school until 2:30.

    WRESTLING and BOYS VOLLEYBALL will take their team pictures today at 3:15 in the GYM.  Please bring your completed picture form.

    GIRLS VOLLEYBALL will have an informational meeting today after school in room 405.  Girls interested in trying out for volleyball must attend. If you are unable to attend, please see Ms. Lagorio in room 405 to sign up for try-outs.  You must have a physical form on file to attend tryouts.

    GOLF will have an informational meeting tomorrow after school in the GYM with Mr. Fahnhorst.  Any students interested in playing golf this year should attend the meeting.

    SCIENCE ODYSSEY was last week and the winning results are as follows…

    There is going to be a sports themed spirit week starting next Monday!

    • Monday is going to be House color day
    • Tuesday is going to be Livermore High School vs. Granada High School
    • Wednesday is going to be College day
    • Thursday is going to be professional sports day
    • And Friday is going to be spirit day!  

    Make sure you participate to earn yourself some 5 star points for your house! 

    Also, next week is the start of our golden sneaker contest.  This is a 3rd period contest to walk, roll or carpool to school.  Everyday we will keep a tally and the 3rd period class with the highest percentage of participants over the 2 weeks will win a prize.  We will also be awarding 5 star points to the top 3 houses.

  • LVJUSD Framework for Success

    The Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District uses a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) - a comprehensive framework that aligns academic, behavioral, and social emotional learning - to meet the needs of all students in our district. Under the umbrella of the LVJUSD framework, the three components that address students’ needs are Academics, Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS), and Social Emotional Learning (SEL).

    All students in the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District are participating in the Choose Love social emotional learning curriculum during the 2018-19 school year. Students learn the Choose Love Formula: Courage + Gratitude + Forgiveness + Compassion in Action = Choosing Love Formula.
