Digital Application Now AvailableThe College Board's AP Digital App is now available to load on to your devices for your Digital AP exams. The practice, and actual exams are taken from this App. Please load the app and make sure everything is working properly. If you are using a school issued chromebook the App has already been loaded on to your chromebooks. Directions on how to access the App were sent last week through blackboard mail from Ms. Keck, our AP Coordinator. AP Digital Exam Application and Digital Practice Tests
April 30, 2021 Blackboard MessageAP exams are right around the corner and I would like to share some important information regarding the exam schedule, digital testing application, available practice materials and refund requests for exam cancellations.
AP Exam Schedule
All LVJUSD students will be following the exam schedule associated with College Board's administration two option which is outlined in the attachment herein. Testing begins May 18th and will commence on May 27th. Tests will be a combination of digital and in person paper exams. College Board has selected which exams will be administered in each.
Digital Tests - Chromebook Testing App Required
In preparation for the upcoming AP exam sessions that will be administered online, this correspondence provides important information for students who will be using a school-issued Chromebook for the exam. Please note that the school-issued Chromebooks have the Digital AP App preloaded. If your student is using a personal device, he/she will need to download the AP App in order to access the practice tests and the AP exams.

Students: If you are using a school-issued Chromebook, please be sure to to review the pdf included and scroll down through the entirety of the instructions to assure you have reviewed all of the steps.
Students are required to login 30 minutes before the start of the exam on the digital application. All digital tests will be taken at home. Students will be excused from class on the assigned test date.
Exam day information for students that have an in-person paper exam will receive information in the days ahead regarding check in times and designated testing location.

3. AP Score Send - Students have until June 20th, 2021 to indicate FREE score send for the 2021 AP exams, completed in My AP. Please encourage students to review the score send information here

If you are rethinking taking the exam and wish to cancel before testing begins, please submit a refund request form located on our website. Refund requests must be made before May 18th. Please allow up to two weeks processing time.
