  • Hello everyone! My name is Ms. Hart, and this is my third year at Joe Michell. I spent 6 years at Marylin Avenue here in town - just a few miles down the road.

There are links to the catalog below, as well as book recommendations and links, and instructions for our databases. Instructions and recommendations will generally require you to be logged in to your school account to access. If you are accessing databases from a school computer, then you should not be prompted for any additional login information regardless of where you are physically located. If you are off campus and having trouble, let me know.

Parents, please help your child remember the following rules:

    • Books should be returned every other week, so your child may check out another.
    • If the book is not returned, they will not be allowed to take another book home.
    • Books should be kept away from younger children, pets, food and water.
    • A book should be stored in your child's backpack when they are not reading it.  That way, it will be sure to be returned to school.
    • Books must be treated with special care.  Please send a book back to the Library if it is accidentally damaged while it is checked out.
