November 13, 2020
Dear LVJUSD Families,
This week, we finalized our LVJUSD Reopening Plan and submitted it to the Alameda County Office of Education for approval. Per Board of Education direction, we expanded our plan to include all grade levels, from preschool through grade 12, and to include options for both hybrid learning and support hubs. We will be able to expand support hubs as early as November 30, 2020 and implement hybrid learning as early as January 19, 2021. Both of these dates are contingent upon local health conditions.
You are encouraged to review our plan to understand how we are meeting the requirements of the ACOE Reopening Checklist by visiting our website: LVJUSD Reopening Plan.
Survey reminder for elementary parents and guardians:
If you have not already done so, complete the Elementary Hybrid or Distance Learning Commitment Survey by Monday, November 16. Your commitment will provide us with the information we need to plan for in-person learning (hubs and/or hybrid) on our school sites. For more information, please visit our website:
