  • Livermore Students Awarded Pedrozzi Scholarships for Furthering Education

    The Pedrozzi Foundation recently awarded 122 local scholars with $461,000 in scholarships to use for community college, undergraduate, graduate, and vocational schools. Thank you to the Pedrozzi Foundation for your ongoing generous support of our students and community!

  • Stanford Health Offers COVID Vaccines for Students 16+

    Appointments for students 16 and up can be made using a special link, username, and passcode that can be found on our attached documents. Appointments begin on Wednesday, April 28 with additional dates into May. Vaccinations are distributed at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton. Click above for more information!

  • Congratulations to our District Spelling Bee Finalists from Grades 4-6

    On Wednesday, February 17, 2021, 34 students competed in the District Spelling Bee for Grades 4-6. After three and a half hour competition via Zoom, the Spelling Bee concluded with its top 4 finalists! Congratulations to Mahathi Kamalanathan from Altamont Creek Elementary, Ananya Menon from Mendenhall Middle School, and Brayden Kreitzman and Lily Feng from East Avenue Middle School!   • LVJUSD Introduces New Board Members to the Community

    At the December 15, 2020 Board Meeting held via Zoom, the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District (LVJUSD) introduced two new Board Members to the Livermore Community. Yanira Guzman and Kristie Wang took the oath of office and began their service on the LVJUSD School Board of Education for the next four years. Both new Board members are parents of LVJUSD students and bring a wealth of educational and professional experience to their new roles as Trustees.
