  • District IT Support Team is Ready to Help

    Our district has set up an IT Support Team to help families with connection error message when logging into online platforms. Should you receive connection error messages, please try refreshing your computer and logging in again. Schoology and Google Meet both work best in Chrome. If your student continues to have connection issues after multiple tries, please contact our IT Support Team at ParentSupport@lvjusd.org.

  • School Office Hours as of August 10, 2020

    The Sunset School Office will be open the week of August 10, 2020 from 9:00am to 3:00pm and after August 17, 8:00am-4:00pm. No appointment is necessary; the school office door will be unlocked for accessibility during those hours. When visiting our school office, please practice social distancing of 6 feet, wear a mask, and follow current guidelines from our County Office of Health.

  • LVJUSD Framework for Success

    The Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District uses a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) - a comprehensive framework that aligns academic, behavioral, and social emotional learning - to meet the needs of all students in our district. Under the umbrella of the LVJUSD framework, the three components that address students’ needs are Academics, Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports (PBIS), and Social Emotional Learning (SEL).

  • Choose Love

    All students in the Livermore Valley Joint Unified School District are participating in the Choose Love social emotional learning curriculum during the 2018-19 school year. Students learn the Choose Love Formula: Courage + Gratitude + Forgiveness + Compassion in Action = Choosing Love Formula.
