Course Objective/Standards: Welcome to World History B, the second half of your World History Course!  The goal of the class is to have an understanding of events that have shaped our world today.  The units that we will be covering this trimester include World War II, the Holocaust, and the modern histories of Russia, China, and the Middle East.

Throughout the course, students will use magazine articles, video segments, newspapers, and other media to further their learning.  Some of these materials will cover controversial topics that are directly related to the state and district standards for this course.
