Attending the Board Meeting In Person
The September 19, 2023 Regular Board Meeting will take place at the LVJUSD Boardroom at 685 East Jack London Boulevard, Livermore, CA 94551. The Boardroom will open to the public to attend the meeting for Open Session that begins at 7:00pm. In keeping with ACPHD public health guidance, masks are strongly recommended but not required indoors.
Viewing the Board Meeting on Zoom
Members of the public can observe the meeting remotely, via Zoom. However, in order to address the Board, participants must be present in person. Please see below for more details on the process for public comment. To view the meeting via Zoom, please use the following link:

Making a Public Comment at the Board Meeting- Please See Below for Updated Protocols
Members of the public wishing to provide public comment(s) for non-agenda or agenda items can do so by attending the meeting in person and submitting the appropriate comment card(s) which will be available in the boardroom lobby prior to the start of the meeting.
Please Note: All speaker cards must be submitted to the Executive Assistant to the Superintendent, or their designee, prior to the introduction of the related agenda item in order to be included in public comment.
To provide a public comment on closed session items, please complete a GRAY public comment card prior to the Board's adjournment to closed session.
To provide a public comment for an item not on the agenda, please complete a TAN public comment card.
- Speakers submitting tan cards will be called on during Section 8.1: Communications from the Public.
- Each speaker is limited to one tan public comment card which must be received prior to the introduction of the agenda item.
- Speakers will be allotted time based on the total number of cards received for item 8.1:
- 1-10 comment cards: Each speaker is allotted 3 minutes;
- 11-20 comment cards: Each speaker is allotted 2 minutes;
- 21+ comment cards: Each speaker is allotted 1 minute
To provide a public comment for an item on the agenda, please complete a BLUE public comment card.
- Speakers submitting blue cards will be called on following the presentation of each agenda item.
- Each speaker may submit one blue public comment card for each agenda item regarding which they would like to address the Board. To speak to multiple agenda items, please submit one card for each item. Cards must be received prior to the introduction of each agenda item.
- Speakers will be allotted time based on the total number of cards received for each agenda item:
- 1-10 comment cards: Each speaker is allotted 3 minutes;
- 11-20 comment cards: Each speaker is allotted 2 minutes;
- 21+ comment cards: Each speaker is allotted 1 minute
