Referral Process: Family/Self-referral, referrals from schools, police departments, screenings for other services
Services Include:- Individual and Family Counseling: For Tri-Valley youth ages 6-18 and their families to help improve family relationships in times of stress
- Crisis Intervention: For Tri-Valley youth and their families for issues with running away, truancy, and out-of-control behaviors
- Case Management: For Tri-Valley youth and their families
- On-Site School Counseling: At some Livermore school sites, varies by year
- Youth and Parent Educational Workshops: Workshops with topics of interest to local youth and families.
- Livermore Police Department Diversion Program: For Livermore youth who qualify following a first-time juvenile offense
Payment Options: 5 free sessions, $30/session thereafter

Hospice East Bay - Grief Support/Bridge Program

(925) 887-5678The goal of the Bridge program is to provide grief support in a safe, nurturing environment where grieving children and teens can process the death of a loved one using art, play, journaling, music, and conversation. The Bridge uses a peer-based support model that relies on sharing between participants with similar experiences to help children understand that they are not alone.

Services Include:- Opportunities for children to express their feelings, share memories, and learn healthy coping strategies.
- Groups for different age groups
- Group for parents and caregivers
- Meets the first and third Wednesdays of the month throughout the school year from 6:30-8pm
- Each 90-minute session is conducted by facilitators specifically trained to work with grieving children and teens.
- Optional support group for parents and guardians is offered at the same time
